• Chris Gray, renowned property investor, author and self-made retiree at the age of 31. Over 80 people attended his talk on how to ‘Go for Growth’.

About: John Bilmon, Managing Director of PTW Architects, presented to architects, designers and property
investors in Sydney in November 2008. In House Group 3 invited the leader of the team that designed the famous
Beijing National Aquatice Centre for the 2008 Olympics - affectionately known as the Watercube.
 The function was a roaring success, with over 150 architects, designers and property investors attending
the last event before the end of what was a fantastic year for In House Group 3.
