Assessify is a BASIX & NatHERS consultant who produces energy assessments for new residential renovations over $50000, new granny flats, homes, duplexes & townhouses to meet energy efficiency requirements of the NCC. These assessments are submitted with the housing plans for development approval prior to the construction of the home.
